Orders are shipped out via Canada Post or UPS. Woof clothing is often shipped out directly from our supplier in the US & will be shipped out via DHL courier. We let you know the total shipping charge before processing the order. The shipping cost provided is an estimate - we will always try to get the lowest price available & will let you know via email.

All sales within Ontario, Canada will be charged 8% Provincial Sales Tax.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email & we will let you know exactly where to return the product. You may return merchandise in new condition, with original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange (excluding shipping and handling fees). We cannot accept used items as returns!
